Victoria Wiebe



Victoria provides strategy, public affairs, communications, and research support to the Santis Team and its clients. Victoria’s work includes delivering strategic, evidence-based project recommendations to Santis’ consulting portfolio, project management of client deliverables, and providing support for Santis’ executive team and clients.

Prior to joining Santis, Victoria worked as a Student Research Analyst at the Ivey International Centre for Health Innovation, where she provided advisory services to the federal government, medical start-ups, and regional health authorities. She also co-authored a business case on the economic impact of homelessness, and published an article on the need for coordination within mental health care through Healthy Debate. Victoria additionally completed a practicum placement at Addictions Services of Thames Valley, and developed further strategy and communications acumen through working in Insights and Strategy at Diamond Integrated Marketing.

Victoria is a current MBA student at the DeGroote School of Business, specializing in Health Services Management. Prior to this, she completed a B.A. (Honours) degree in Psychology with a minor in Writing from Western University.
