Catherine Brown Brings 25 Years of Public Sector Insights to Santis Health

Toronto, ON – April 10, 2024 — Santis Health is excited to welcome Catherine Brown as Senior Associate, marking a significant enhancement to our team’s expertise and leadership. Catherine’s distinguished career spans over 30 years in the public sector, where she has held several leadership roles, including as Ontario Health’s Executive Vice-President for pandemic response.

Her strategic vision and leadership have been pivotal in advancing Ontario’s health care system, particularly during critical times such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Before that, Catherine held several senior positions in the Ontario government where she was responsible for leading key policy and program transformations and system reforms. During her time as the inaugural CEO of Health Shared Services Ontario (HSSO), she was instrumental in the organizational amalgamations leading to the formation of Ontario Health. Catherine’s deep understanding of health care policy, system integration, and innovation will be instrumental in shaping Santis’ future direction.
