Ottawa, ON – September 6, 2022 – Santis Health, a leading Canadian health care consultancy, is further bolstering its leadership team with the addition of Monique Lugli as Vice President. Based out of our rapidly growing Ottawa office, Monique will leverage her extensive operational experience across the public, private and government health sectors to help Santis’ clients successfully navigate change and influence policy.
Monique comes to Santis from CHEO, a global leader in pediatric health care and research, where she acted as Vice President of Child Development and Community Services. During her time at CHEO, Monique led several large-scale initiatives, including the advancement of the Kids Come First Health Team.
A skilled and experienced government relations professional, Monique has held senior roles in the federal government as Chief of Staff to the Minister for the Status of Women and the Minister of Health, in addition to 14 years working as a speech language pathologist in the public sector before opening her own private practice.
