Bringing more than a decade of experience across public policy, campaign strategy, stakeholder engagement, and community advocacy, Alexander strengthens Santis’ ability to support clients navigating Ontario’s evolving health and life sciences landscape.

In his role, Alexander will advise clients on navigating complex policy environments, building stakeholder alignment, and advancing priorities with government decision-makers. His approach is grounded in relationship building and informed by experience across government, non-profit advocacy, and political campaigns.
Prior to joining Santis, Alexander served as Associate Director, Countering Antisemitism & Hate at the United Jewish Appeal (UJA) Federation of Greater Toronto, where he shaped advocacy initiatives and advised senior leadership on strategy and stakeholder engagement. He also served as an advisor to Ontario’s Minister of Finance and held roles in federal politics, building strong relationships across government and supporting key policy and communications initiatives.
