September 28, 2026, Toronto, ON – Santis Health welcomes Devon Ryan to our team as Director, Ontario Government Affairs. Devon brings with him extensive experience at the provincial government level, and a deep background in health policy and community leadership that will further strengthen the bench strength of our existing team.
Most recently, Devon served as a Policy Advisor in the Ontario Government with the Office of the Deputy Premier and Minister of Health, where he navigated complex health files and government decision-making processes. Further, throughout his extensive career with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, Devon held several advisory roles within Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation, Justice and Public Safety, Health, Digital Government Services, and Service NL.
His diverse background also features a wealth of political experience as a provincial candidate, alongside private sector leadership roles at Hercules SLR and Carol Lake Metal Works. Devon completed school at Memorial University along with attending Cape Breton University, providing him with a strong academic foundation in business and legal studies.

He is an active volunteer, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Rotary St. John’s After Hours and the Labrador Winter Games. His past leadership roles include Vice President of Rotary International and a seat on the Board of Directors for the Labrador West Chamber of Commerce. This unique combination of political insight, business acumen, and community engagement establishes him as a trusted advisor capable of helping health and life science organizations navigate shifting landscapes.
